Dr. Jilling Szilárd Ferenc Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen in 2020 with "cum laude" honors. Main areas of interest include civil law, labor law, and the liability law of these fields.

Considers judicial practice in the light of liability law to be particularly important, a topic which also served as the basis for the thesis. Thanks to advanced English language skills, closely follows current issues of the European Union and international relations.

Obtained a specialist degree in compensation law in 2023; the title of the thesis was: EMPLOYER'S LIABILITY FOR WORKPLACE ACCIDENTS, WITH AN OUTLOOK ON STRICT LIABILITY FOR HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS.
